Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Experience: 4+ Years
Role Summary:
Looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 4+ years of experience in implementing and customizing HRSD solutions in enterprise environments. The candidate should have strong expertise in HRSD modules, JavaScript scripting, integrations, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and must possess CSA, CAD/CDA, and CIS-HR certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications
- Develop workflows, scripts, integrations, and automations
- Perform code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues
- Build reports, dashboards, and notifications
- Collaborate with product owners and Agile teams
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices
Mandatory Skills:
- ServiceNow HRSD Development
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory
- CAD/CDA (Certified Application Developer) Mandatory
- CIS-HR (Certified Implementation Specialist – HR) – Mandatory
- HRSD Modules: Onboarding, Offboarding, Case Management, Knowledge, HR Virtual Agent, Service Portal
- JavaScript & ServiceNow APIs
- Flow Designer & Integration Hub
- ServiceNow Integrations
- Performance Analytics
