Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Server.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server.
• Good understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Mandatory
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery (CIS-Discovery) - Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping (CIS-Service Mapping) - Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Event Management (CIS-Event Management) - Preferred
