- Design and develop ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Customize workflows using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work with stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
- Support upgrades and enhancements
