Exposure to a wide range of ServiceNow modules and integrations

Total Experience: 5+ yrs

Relevant Experience: 3+ yrs in ServiceNow CSM implementation

Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and application development

Experienced with UI Pages, Macros, Menus, Workflows, Flow Designers

Knowledge of Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Reporting PA

Hands-on with scoped apps, App Designer, Glide System, and APIs

Familiar with Agile methodologies and quality development processes

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with client needs

Lead technical solution design sessions

Contribute to process improvement and documentation

Design, code, and troubleshoot ServiceNow CSM applications

Manage platform and infrastructure for CSM processes

Provide support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

Work with Service Portal, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and CSS

Develop in App Designer and manage scoped applications

Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
