Senior ServiceNow Developer - BCM

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow BCM solutions.
• Configure BCP, BIA, ITDR, and Risk Assessment workflows within ServiceNow.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and manage tasks through JIRA.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Provide troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing BCM module support.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 8-12 years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow BCM implementation expertise.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end ServiceNow BCM deployments.
• Strong knowledge of BCP, BIA, ITDR, Risk Assessment, and Crisis Management.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications and experience with ITSM/GRC modules are preferred.
