Job Description
We are looking for an experienced hands-on developer responsible for leading configuration, customization, and integration on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
- Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.
- Work on REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub
- Build Service Catalog items, workflows, and automation
- Participate in requirements analysis and solution design
- Support instance upgrades, code reviews, and best practices
- Troubleshoot platform issues and improve performance
Required Skills
- Strong JavaScript & Glide API knowledge
- Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and integration frameworks
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, ATF, and Service Portal
Preferred Certifications - CSA Mandatory
- CIS (ITSM/ITOM/CSM) Preferred
- CAD Added advantage
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with clients
