Job Description
Required Qualifications
• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer delivering end-to-end platform solutions.
• Mandatory: Experience with case management, service delivery workflows, or constituent-facing solutions.
• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Mandatory: Experience building and configuring ServiceNow workspaces, including modern agent/user experiences, page composition, components, navigation, and data-driven interactions.
• Strong ServiceNow platform development experience, including JavaScript, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, integrations, and configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across design, build, test, and deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Desired: Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
• Experience with Now Experience Framework.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.
