Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect CSM

• Work on UI Pages, Menus, Workflows, Flow Designers, and Integration Hub.
• Develop Service Portal components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
• Develop business rules, UI policies, scripts, and custom APIs.
• Create scoped applications, reports, and performance analytics.
• Follow Agile execution methodologies and contribute as an individual contributor.
• Lead and deliver CSM implementations, develop solutions, and ensure platform stability across ServiceNow modules.
