About the Opportunity

InfoGrowth Staffing Partner is hiring a Senior ServiceNow App Engine Developer for one of our leading clients. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications using the ServiceNow App Engine platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in App Engine Studio, Creator Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, ServiceNow scripting, and enterprise integrations.

Role Summary

The Senior ServiceNow App Engine Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, Creator Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, scripting, security configuration, and third-party integrations. The candidate should be capable of independently delivering high-quality business solutions and collaborating with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
• Configure and customize forms, tables, UI Builder pages, Workspaces, and user experiences.
• Develop and manage workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Build client-side and server-side solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring platform stability and optimal performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 34 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow App Engine / Creator Workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with App Engine Studio.
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience in UI Builder and Workspace Development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Spokes.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Experience with Creator Workflows and Workspace Development.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• Exposure to AI-powered workflow automation, Now Assist, or Agentic AI solutions will be an added advantage.
