Senior ServiceNow & Low-Code / No-Code Engineer
Location: Pune (Kharadi) Hybrid
Shift: UK Shift (12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST)
Experience: 510 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using ServiceNow, Mendix, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build scalable workflows, integrations, UI components, and business logic.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, forms, and ITSM processes.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, middleware, Azure services, and enterprise platforms such as SAP.
- Define low-code architecture standards, reusable components, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor developers and promote low-code best practices across the organization.
- Support innovation initiatives leveraging AI-enabled development capabilities.
Required Skills
Strong ServiceNow Development experience
ServiceNow Workflows, Service Catalog, Forms & Integrations
Experience with Low-Code / No-Code Platforms
Mendix (Studio Pro, Microflows, Domain Models, Integrations)
Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate
REST APIs & Enterprise Integrations
ITSM / Enterprise Workflow Automation
Azure Services (Preferred)
Agile, Scrum, DevOps & CI/CD
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in custom application development on ServiceNow and low-code platforms.
