Senior Service Now Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using ServiceNow platform.
• Develop complex workflows, business rules, and integrations to automate IT services delivery processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on ServiceNow best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 7-14 years of experience in developing ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) concepts and integration with other systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex workflows, business rules, and integrations in ServiceNow platform.
