Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM processes, including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Catalog Request Management Knowledge Management
- Configure and maintain ITOM capabilities: Discovery Service Mapping CMDB Event Management Operational Intelligence (preferred) Implement and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer workflows, and custom applications. Support platform upgrades, release management, and performance optimization.
- Create technical documentation and provide production support. Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Certification: ServiceNow CSA (mandatory)
Preferred candidate profile
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow platform development and implementation experience, with exposure to healthcare industry processes. Experience in HRSD and GRC modules will be a significant advantage.
