Senior Service Now Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Configure and maintain ITOM components such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Develop automations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and OAuth.
• Configure and enhance HRSD, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, and Service Portal solutions.
• Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and UI Builder.
• Perform CMDB governance, data quality improvements, and CSDM alignment.
• Create ATF test cases and support CI/CD deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, and automation.
