Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop custom workflows, forms, and reports using ServiceNow's platform.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to ServiceNow implementation.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) concepts.
- Experience with HRSd (Human Resources Service Delivery) module in ServiceNow is an added advantage.
