Role: ServiceNow Developer

Work Location: Bangalore (Manyata Tech park)

Mode of Work: 5 Days Working from Office

Shifts: 2.00pm to 11.00pm IST provided Shift allowances & Transport

Job Description:

Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Design and implement custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow's platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Workflow, and Orchestration.

Perform system administration tasks such as user and group management, role assignment, and access control.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and platform upgrades.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow development and administration.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow's core modules and functionality.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST, SOAP, and other web services.

Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
