Job Description
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support ServiceNow operations and development activities. The candidate should be capable of working independently, troubleshooting complex issues, and engaging with stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Basic Skills
ServiceNow Platform Proficiency
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules such as ITSM and Service Request Management
Web Development
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Scripting
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript/Glide, Business Rules)
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication skills to work with technical teams and stakeholders
Good to Have
- Experience with NowAssist
Critical / Must-Have Skills
- ServiceNow Portal Experience (including UI Pages)
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Timecard management and resource allocation
- Integrations (8+ integrations) including:
