Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop original ideas for scripts, screenplays, and storylines that align with the project's objectives and target audience
Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure the vision is effectively communicated through the script
Conduct research when necessary to ensure accuracy and authenticity in scripts, especially for projects based on real events or historical backgrounds
Create strong and relatable characters with well-defined arcs and motives, ensuring they are compelling and capable of driving the narrative forward
Craft engaging dialogue that effectively conveys emotions, humor, and conflict, while maintaining the character's individual voice and style
Revise and polish scripts based on feedback from directors, producers, and other stakeholders, ensuring the story remains coherent and effective
