Job Description
SAP BASIS (CHaRM) Specialist Project context You will be a key member of our SAP BASIS team in Pune, India, responsible for handling BAU activities, managing our diverse SAP landscape and performing operational activities in our Solution Manager ChaRM The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technical expertise administering SAP systems hosted in AWS or Azure, managing SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM, being familiar with all operation activities and processes involved in the SAP Change Request Management tool.
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP Datasphere will be considered as a plus.
Work Location : Koregaon Park, Pune Work model: Hybrid working (3 days / week in office) Work hours: work in shifts on rotational basis Goals and deliverables Perform operational tasks in the ChaRM (Change Request Management) tool.
Ensure SAP EWA reports are configured and generated across all landscape Manage SAP LMDB and SLD related activities Handle BAU SAP Basis activities, like system copies (SAP Refreshes), system monitoring (availability, performance and capacity), troubleshooting, configurations, patchings, etc Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting our SAP systems or Satellite Apps, having the ability to navigate through different applications, databases and operating systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects, including implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
Perform system health checks, help define and enforce SAP security and all audit-related controls, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Apply support packages, kernel upgrades, and security patches.
Document technical procedures, system configurations, and best practices.
