Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead to drive the design and development of enterprise Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences clients. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions across Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions.

- Build advanced Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and Omnistudio.

- Design scalable integration solutions between Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

- Conduct code reviews and establish development standards and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to delivery teams.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

- Drive performance optimization, security, scalability, and maintainability initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements including GxP, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11.

- Participate in estimation, solution planning, and technical governance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of Salesforce platform experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Omnistudio, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, sharing architecture, and security framework.

- Experience with asynchronous processing, Platform Events, and scalable design patterns.

- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile delivery.

- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor junior resources.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementation experience.

- Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault exposure.

- MuleSoft integration experience.

- Salesforce Data Cloud knowledge.

- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.

- Salesforce Application Architect Certification.

- Omnistudio Developer Certification.

- Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Certification.
