Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, integrations, and Salesforce architecture, with proven experience building scalable, high-performance solutions for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
Lead technical design and architecture discussions for enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Develop and customize applications on Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
Design and implement scalable, high-volume, and performance-optimized Salesforce applications.
Build and maintain integrations with enterprise and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
Develop reusable components, triggers, classes, workflows, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, governor limits, security, and platform architecture.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide production support.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and support deployment, release management, and post-production activities.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
7-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud (mandatory), Salesforce Flow, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Platform Events, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud is preferred.
Experience in technical design, solution architecture, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data modeling, security architecture, sharing rules, and platform best practices.
Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise and third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and integration frameworks.
Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
Proven experience designing and developing scalable, high-volume, and performance-optimized Salesforce solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II Certification.
Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Platform Events, or other Salesforce cloud products.
Experience working in consulting or client-facing implementation projects.
