Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced senior Salesforce developer with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, proposing effective Salesforce solutions, resolving critical issues, and supporting release management activities. The role also requires strong leadership skills to mentor team members and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements to recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions.
- Design and deliver solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution and provide timely support for critical incidents.
- Manage and support Salesforce release planning, deployment, and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing hands-on support to resolve technical challenges and roadblocks.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and delivery standards.
Required Skills :
- 7 to 10 years of experience working on Salesforce platforms.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce release management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in mentoring teams and leading technical discussions.
