Senior Salesforce Developer

About the job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) to design, develop, and support enterprise CRM and marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, system integrations, marketing automation, and enterprise application architecture.

The role involves working closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and external implementation partners to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Development

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
- Develop scalable custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and automation.
- Implement enterprise-grade trigger frameworks and reusable Apex components.
- Optimize Salesforce performance by following governor limits and development best practices.

2. Sales Cloud

Design and configure Sales Cloud features including:
- Lead Management
- Account Contact Management
- Opportunity Management
- Quotes
- Products Price Books
- Campaign Management
- Forecasting
- Territory Management
- Approval Processes
- Implement Lead Assignment Rules and Opportunity automation.
- Develop reports and dashboards for Sales leadership.

3. Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)

Configure and administer Salesforce Account Engagement.
Design and implement:
- Engagement Studio Programs
- Dynamic Static Lists
- Automation Rules
- Completion Actions
- Scoring Grading Models
- Landing Pages
- Forms Form Handlers
- Email Templates
- Dynamic Content
- Ensure accurate synchronization between Account Engagement and Sales Cloud.
- Support lead nurturing, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.

4. Integrations

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems such as:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Business One
- Darwin HRMS
- TrackWise eQMS
- TWDB
- Build REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Configure Named Credentials and OAuth authentication.
- Implement Platform Events and asynchronous processing where appropriate.

5. Architecture Solution Design

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Recommend best practices for configuration versus custom development.
- Ensure application scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.

6. Develops Deployment

- Manage source code using Git.
- Deploy changes using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support release planning and production deployments.
- Maintain documentation and technical specifications.

7. Collaboration Support

- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Analysts, and IT teams.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues.

Required Qualification

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
- Strong experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or other enterprise applications
- Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge
