Senior Salesforce Developer

Role & responsibilities :

Salesforce Development:

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and integration platforms.

• Build and customize Salesforce workflows, process builders, and flows to automate business processes.

• Design solutions for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage Salesforce configuration, including user management, security settings, and permissions.
• Optimize Salesforce performance by analysing usage patterns and implementing system enhancements.

• Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, debugging, and code refactoring. Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Conduct thorough unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and release notes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Process Improvement:
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform features, releases, and best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.
• Provide insights and recommendations for leveraging Salesforce to enhance business processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering.

Experience and skills Required •

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience in working with Sales Cloud

• Extensive experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including Process Builder, Flows, and Validation Rules.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models, including roles,profiles, and permissions.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect) are highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
