Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools, set coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Tackle challenging technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns
• Implement workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and advanced automation using Flow and Process Builder
• Manage Salesforce data models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security to ensure compliance and integrity
• Apply CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment management for efficient deployments
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and Agile best practices, applying them to enhance system functionality
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and contribute to iterative delivery
