Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in a critical hands-on role.
This position will serve as the technical anchor for the Salesforce practice and will play a key role in shaping scalable Salesforce solutions, establishing the best development practices, and mentoring future team members as the team expands.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise and hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, Agentforce, integrations, and enterprise-grade solution delivery.
The candidate should possess strong technical leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end solution ownership across complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
Lead development activities involving Agentforce, Apex, LWC Components, integrations, and platform customizations.
Drive best practices around coding standards, DevOps, governance, security, and solution design.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
Review technical designs and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Build and manage complex integrations with external platforms using APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and optimize platform performance.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and help scale the Salesforce team over time.
Contribute to solution architecture discussions and support future platform roadmap planning.
Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and implementation standards.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Agentforce

- Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript
- Salesforce CLI, VS Code
Strong experience in:
- Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external systems)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
- Release management and deployment automation
Strong functional understanding of:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
Experience with:
- Solution design and scalable architecture
- Performance optimization and governance best practices
- Security and sharing models

Strong technical leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills
