Senior Salesforce developer
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Experience: 6-12 years
Client: ADP
Role & responsibilities
Must have:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Apex
- Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL / SOSL
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Salesforce configuration (Flows, Objects, Security)
- Agile/Scrum experience
Good to have:
- Copado or other Salesforce DevOps tools
- Platform Events
- CTI integrations
- Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Service Cloud, Admin)
Preferred candidate profile
• Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions (Case Management, Console, Omnichannel, Knowledge, CTI)
• Build scalable Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
• Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Participate in code reviews, releases, and deployments
• Work closely with BAs, QA, and other developers in Agile teams
• Mentor junior developers and help resolve complex Salesforce issues.
