Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who thrives in building enterprise-grade CRM solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and deploying Salesforce platforms, working closely with global teams to deliver high-impact business solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning, LWC, Apex, and Visualforce
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from requirements to deployment
Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and integration tools
Customize Salesforce using Apex Triggers, Workflows, Approval Processes, and Automation
Define system architecture, identify gaps, and recommend optimized CRM solutions
Ensure best practices across deployment, AppExchange packages, security, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment
 
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (Mandatory)
Proficiency in LWC (Preferred), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, XML
Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integrations
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and AppExchange deployments
Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools
Exposure to Java-based or enterprise application development is a plus
Salesforce Certification is preferred
