Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and system integrations. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions

Development & Configuration

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura on Sales/Service Cloud
• Configure and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce.com technologies
• Apply Force.com platform development skills (Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Apply enterprise trigger patterns and best practices

Integration & Architecture

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Demonstrate solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and API landscape
• Work with middleware tools to support enterprise integration patterns

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Deliver presentations and demos to stakeholders across multiple geographies
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills for global stakeholder management

Quality & Mentorship

• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and high-quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues promptly
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor junior developers and offer technical guidance
• Stay current with Salesforce trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce coding experience
• Proven expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred

Must-Have (non-negotiable, verify in screening)

• Apex triggers, batch/schedulable classes, async processing (Queueable, Future), governor limit awareness
• LWC (Lightning Web Components) this is the modern standard now; if someone only knows Aura and can't speak to LWC,
• SOQL/SOSL query optimization, selective queries, bulkification
• Integration patterns REST/SOAP callouts, Named Credentials, handling auth (OAuth), bulk API vs REST API tradeoffs
• Unit testing — Apex test classes, mocking callouts (HttpCalloutMock), meaningful assertions (not just coverage %)
