Role Overview :

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will serve as a technical lead responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-performance solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications. Your work will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our clients' CRM platforms, ensuring that the delivered solutions provide measurable value and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components to meet evolving business needs.

- Design and maintain custom interfaces using Visualforce and modern web technologies to enhance user engagement and system functionality.

- Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing long-term solutions that minimize system downtime and technical debt.

- Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing enterprise-grade applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Strong proficiency in Java, enabling the development of complex backend logic and integration services.

- Ability to translate high-level business requirements into technical design documents and scalable system architectures.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

- Proven experience in managing the full software development lifecycle within an Agile environment.

- Capability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration with distributed teams.

- A minimum of 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and enterprise application engineering.
