Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and Salesforce platform development. The candidate should be comfortable working directly with US-based customers, gathering requirements, providing technical solutions, and delivering high-quality implementations in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products based on business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Build custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process automation, flows, and security configurations.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile development activities.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

- Support production deployments and resolve critical application issues when required.

- Create technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Async Processing.

- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment tools.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
