Client : Direct Payroll (IT Service Company - MNC)
Total Experience : 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
Must have Experience : Salesforce developer, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) + Sales Cloud.
Key Responsibilities :
- Salesforce development and implementation.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications.
Preferred : Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Location : Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore.

Sr. Salesforce Developer (who is aspiring to become tech lead ) :
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods).
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling.
- Experience developing custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and coding standards.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, and Field-Level Security.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
- Experience working with Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals development, user access, branding).
- Experience working with Health Cloud (data model, care management, healthcare workflows).
- Good to have knowledge of Conga (Conga Composer, document generation and automation tools).
- Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of data migration, ETL processes, and bulk data handling.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms like OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Experience working with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Platform Events).
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor developers and technically support the team.
- Prepare technical documentation and effort estimations.
- Good to have knowledge of version control tools like Git.
- Good to have knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and release management processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Platform Developer II certification preferred.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with strong ownership mindset.
