Senior Salesforce Developer / Agentforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using:
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
• Customize standard objects and develop custom objects, workflows, and process automation
• Build reusable components and scalable frameworks

Agentforce / AI Capabilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agents) for customer service, sales, and operations use cases
• Integrate Einstein AI, GPT-powered copilots, and automation agents
• Design conversational workflows, prompt templates, and AI-driven decision engines
• Optimize agent performance with analytics and continuous learning

Integration & Architecture

• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using:
• REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred)
• Work on real-time and batch integrations with external systems used in HPE ecosystem
• Ensure data security, governance, and performance optimization

Solution Design & Leadership

• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define technical design and best practices
• Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies

DevOps & Deployment

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like:
• Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado
• Manage releases, version control, and environment strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in:
• Apex programming, LWC, Aura Components
• SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs
• Hands-on experience with:
• Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein AI / AI Cloud
• Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud (at least one domain expertise)
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, Middleware)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model

Agentforce / AI Expertise (Highly Preferred)

• Experience building AI-powered agents / copilots
• Knowledge of:
• Prompt engineering
• Conversational AI design
• Automation workflows using AI
• Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, or AI orchestration frameworks

Tools & Platforms

• Salesforce DX (SFDX)
• Git-based version control
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Copado, GitHub Actions)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, enterprise environment (HPE engagement)
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Salesforce AI / Einstein / Agentforce Certifications (if available)
• Salesforce Architect certifications (nice-to-have)
