- Tourism Studies - Post Graduate / Graduate / Diploma / similar preferred
- Minimum experience of 1 year in travel sales
- Good selling and conversation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend to GIT / FIT / Inbound/ MICE enquiries on call/email/walk-in/digital media
- Assist Guests to decide on a holiday package that is most suited to their requirements
- Achieve monthly sales target GIT and FIT
- Assist Guests in booking, visa and billing processes
- Maintain necessary reports and MIS
