Senior Safety Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments across the plant
• Ensure compliance with statutory EHS regulations and internal safety policies
• Investigate incidents/near-misses and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for employees and contractors
• Maintain safety records, permits, and PPE compliance tracking
• Drive continuous improvement in safety culture (5S, behavioral safety, etc.)
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and mock drills
