Senior Rollout Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Rollout Support Engineer with 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience, based in SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide technical support and assistance to clients during the rollout phase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the rollout process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain documentation of rollout processes and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on new systems and processes.
• Analyze and report on rollout metrics and performance data.
