Senior Resident Anesthesia (Critical Care)

We are hiring an experienced Intensivist / Critical Care Specialist to manage critically ill patients in the MICU/ RICU. The role involves ventilator management, emergency procedures, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high standards of critical care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patients, including ventilator & hemodynamic support.
• Conduct daily clinical rounds and update patient families.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Guide and supervise junior doctors and ICU nursing teams.
• Handle code blue, sepsis, trauma & other critical emergencies.
  

Desired Profile

• Strong experience in critical care patient management.
• Excellent clinical judgment & communication skills.
