Job Description
As a Research Engineer at LG Soft India, you will be at the forefrontof developing intelligent software solutions that power LGs next-generationdevices and platforms. You will work on scalable backend systems, AI/MLintegrations, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-performance, intelligentservices.
KeyResponsibilities
Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Java, or Node.js.
DevelopRESTful APIs using FastAPI, for software and hardware integration.
Hands-onexperience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
Workwith NoSQL databases like MongoDB, including query optimization.
Managetime-series databases and optimize data handling for performance.
Writeoptimized queries, including advanced operations like CTEs, stored procedures.
Ensure efficient data handling and retrieval using SQLAlchemy and MongoDB filters inPython.
DevelopCI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing for services.
Optimize system performance for latency, scalability, and power efficiency across platforms.
Conductload testing and performance tuning to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
Education:
o Bachelors or Masters degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Programming & Tools:
o Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
o Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL(MongoDB).
o Experience with FastAPI, REST API design, andAPI documentation tools (e.g., swagger).
o Familiarity with SQLAlchemy, Pandas, NumPy, andtime-series databases.
Familiaritywith Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stronganalytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good-to-Have
AI/MLFrameworks:
o Experience with Agentic RAG pipelines,LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers.
o Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow,or Keras for deep learning models.
o Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems,including LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP pipelines.
Experiencewith AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Experiencewith ElasticSearch for search and analytics.
Unittesting, integration testing, and familiarity with frameworks like PyTest orJUnit.
Monitoring& Logging: Knowledge of tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
Experiencewith ETL pipelines and data preprocessing
