Senior Reporting Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to provide insights on workforce planning, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements for report development and ensure data accuracy.
• Design and implement effective visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
• Troubleshoot issues related to report execution time, data quality, or formatting errors.

Job Requirements :

• 1-15 years of experience in a similar role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong proficiency in creating complex reports using various reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., BPO) and ability to extract relevant information using SQL queries.
