Senior Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention rates.
• Identify new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for sales performance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in banca sales, bancassurance sales, direct channel sales, or direct sales.
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and services offered by the company.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
