Senior Relationship Manager (Bancassurance)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling life insurance products.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets for bancassurance products.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Bancassurance Sales or related field (BFSI Sales).
  
• Strong understanding of insurance sales principles, policies, and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
• 1 year Experience Mandatory
• 2-wheeler with license mandatory
• Immediate or 30 days' Notice Period
