Job Description
- 15 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), and NBFC domains.
- Understanding of functional roles across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Credit, Risk, Operations, Collections, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Support functions.
- Exposure to hiring for IT roles within BFSI/NBFC (e.g., Digital Banking, FinTech, Core Banking, Data & Analytics, Product, Technology) is desirable.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
- Excellent screening, interviewing, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple mandates while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
