Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sr. RAC DBA with 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration, proficient in writing SQL queries and Linux troubleshooting commands. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and administer Oracle databases, including data masking, patching, and installation hardening.
- Ensure database security, upgradation, and maintenance of PDB and CDB.
- Troubleshoot Linux issues and write efficient SQL queries.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Implement Oracle Data Guard and Oracle TDE solutions.
- Maintain and manage Oracle Wallet and Data Masking technologies.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle TDE.
- Experience with Oracle Database Security, Patching, Installation, Hardening, Upgradation, SQL Query Writing, and Linux Troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with Oracle GoldenGate and Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Mandatory certification: Oracle Database 19c: RAC, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure Administration from Oracle.
- Qualification: BSc(IT), B.Sc (CS), BCA, B.E/BTECH (CS/IT/EXTC/ECE), ME/M.TECH, MCA, M.Sc.(IT/CS/Software Systems), PGDAC from CDAC.
