Senior QE Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to drive quality strategy and execution for a large-scale digital transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, quality engineering practices, and AI-driven testing solutions. This role will lead a team of QEs, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality engineering activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Define and implement QE strategy, test plans, and automation frameworks.
• Drive adoption of AI/GenAI-enabled testing solutions to improve productivity and quality outcomes.
• Manage and mentor QE engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Business stakeholders to define quality objectives.
• Establish quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for leadership reviews.
• Ensure test coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and API testing.
• Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support release planning and risk assessment activities.

Champion Agile and DevOps quality practices across the program.
