Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
Good understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience 3 - 4 years of experience with test case design techniques and execution, preferably with a SaaS based company
Functional/Technical Skills Good knowledge about customer behaviour while interacting with bots to be able to develop robust test cases.
Knowledge about SQL and log management
