Senior Python Full Stack Developer (React/Angular + USHealthcare FHIR)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Full Stack Developer with expertise in ReactJS/Angular, FastAPI, and healthcare interoperability (FHIR) to design and build enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development, drive architectural decisions, and contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare solutions on Azure cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications using ReactJS/Angular and Python (FastAPI)
• Architect and build scalable RESTful APIs aligned with FHIR standards and CMS interoperability requirements (CMS-0057-F)
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and integrate them with backend FHIR-based services
• Ensure high application performance, security, and scalability across the full stack
• Drive application architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies
• Work with Azure cloud services for hosting, scaling, and monitoring applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills:

• 8 to 12 years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Frontend: ReactJS and/or Angular
• Backend: Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Solid understanding of security best practices in web applications

Domain Expertise:

• Experience in healthcare application development is highly preferred
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CMS mandates)
