Description:

Senior Python Developer Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to lead the design and development of scalable backend services and data-driven applications. He will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from architectural design to deployment. A significant part of this role involves optimizing high-concurrency systems, ensuring code quality through rigorous testing, and mentoring mid-level developers to maintain engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Python. Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following industry best practices (PEP 8). API Management: Design and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful or GraphQL APIs. System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, including database query tuning and asynchronous processing. Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance to junior/mid-level team members, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, Frontend developers, and Product Managers to align technical solutions with business goals. DevOps Integration: Contribute to CI/CD pipeline automation and manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. Technical Requirements Core Language: Expert-level proficiency in Python (3.x) and a deep understanding of its asynchronous programming models (Asyncio, Celery). Frameworks: Extensive experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Databases: Strong knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, or DynamoDB). Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2). Testing: Mastery of unit testing and integration testing frameworks like Pytest or Unittest. ORM: Experience with SQLAlchemy, Django ORM, or similar libraries. Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows (Gitflow). Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Frontend frameworks (React or Angular) is a plus. Experience with Microservices architecture and Event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ). Familiarity with Data Engineering tools (Pandas, NumPy, or Apache Spark). Strong understanding of security protocols and data protection. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a "problem-solver" mindset.
