Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong proficiency in Python:
• OOP concepts, multithreading, async programming
• Frameworks:
• Django / Flask / FastAPI
• API Development:
• REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS
• Swagger / OpenAPI documentation
• Databases:
• SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis added advantage)
• ORM & Data Access:
• Django ORM / SQLAlchemy
• Version Control & Build:
• Git
• Virtual environments, dependency management

Microservices, Cloud & DevOps (Preferred)

• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Containerization:
• Docker
• Orchestration:
• Kubernetes / OpenShift (added advantage)
• Cloud exposure:
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• CI/CD tools:
• Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Messaging & async processing:
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery (good to have)

Testing, Quality & Observability

• Unit and integration testing:
• PyTest, Unittest
• Logging & monitoring:
• ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana
• Performance tuning and security best practices awareness
