Senior Python Developer

Job Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, scripts, and tools 

for digital projects. 

• Experienced in Industrial Data Analytics projects or AI/ML related projects 
• Contribute to architecture discussions and code reviews. 
• Deploy, configure, and manage AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, 

Lambda, ECS, EKS, and VPC. 

• Working knowledge in Docker and Terraform. 
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing Python codebases and 

applications. 

• Ensure security best practices including IAM policies, encryption, VPC

security, and compliance standards. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product 

managers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and 

translate them into robust and scalable solutions. 

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily 

stand-ups, and retrospectives. 

Work Experience

Experience Required

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science/EC/IT
• 6 to 8 yrs of experience as a backend Python developer in Data Analytics

projects. 

• Adherence to Coding standards and unit testing methodologies, and best 

practices in software development. 

• Experience in SQL (RDS, PostgreSQL, MySQL), DynamoDB, and Aurora 
• Deploy, configure, and manage AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, 

Lambda, ECS, EKS, and VPC. 

• Experience in creation, deployment, and proactive maintenance using 

Amazon API Gateway and RESTful design. 

• Working knowledge in Docker and Terraform. 
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment 
• Experience with Python, AWS, JIRA, Agile
• Passion for the environment
