Senior Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage high rise building projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Oversee site execution, including excavation, foundation work, and Mivan construction.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).
  
• Strong understanding of civil project management principles and practices.
  
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
