Develop and implement safety policies and procedures tailored to construction activities
Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits on construction sites
Inspect construction sites, machinery, and equipment to identify potential hazards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions
Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for construction workers
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities
Liaise with regulatory authorities and prepare necessary reports
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to conduct thorough investigations and risk assessments
